Vin de Tahiti "Rosé"
This wine is the result of a wine-making process where the juice from the Muscat de Hamburg grapes is blended with the drained juices gathered from different red wines vintages.
After an approximately ten days fermentation process time in stainless steel tanks, an acidulous and fruity rosé wine, with a slightly orange color, emerges.
This wine is then settled and stabilized for another few weeks to be finally filtered prior to bottling.
Best served chilled and young, it is the ideal wine to enjoy as a simple drink or with barbecues.
