Notre Blanc moelleux

Grape variety :

Italia, Muscat of Hamburg

Tasting :

Comparable to no other, the coppery, slightly amber color of this surprising wine of Tahiti is a preamble to sensuous pleasure. The Italia grapes from which this wine is made are picked after ripeness, allowing the accumulation of the aromas of this great dessert wine, with a nose of honey, tangerine and bitter orange. It is rich in mouth, unctuous and long, with tangerine accents in retro-olfaction ; the final touch is supple and delicate.

Dish and wine matches :

Unclassifiable, this exceptional wine must be served ice-cold to express its full range of subtle flavors.

It can age for many years, but can also be enjoyed in its youth, with foie gras or desserts such as chocolate fondant, charlotte and crème brûlée.

Keeping :

May keep for several years, but can also be enjoyed young.

A light deposit in the bottle is natural, and it is a sign of quality. "Franc de pied" vine (non grafted vine stock).
