Grape variety :
Carignan red, Italia, Muscat of Hamburg
Tasting :
Born from the vinification of a blend of Muscat of Hamburg grapes and Carignan red grapes, this Rosé displays a deep robe, the brick-colored tone of old wine.
The nose confirms this maturity, with melon aromas coming up first, followed by very expressive raspberry and redcurrant accents. In a long finish, it expresses all its delicacy and complexity, culminating in a fresh finale.
Dish and wine matches :
Served chilled as an aperitif, it will also do wonders with scallops, raw fish with a dash of lemon or grilled meats.
A light deposit in the bottle is natural, and it is a sign of quality. "Franc de pied" vine (non grafted vine stock).
