1.75 lb mahi-mahi fillet – rice paper wrappers - 2 peppers - 1 red onion - 1 celery branch - curry - salt - pepper - 2 tomatoes - 1 garlic clove - 1 bunch of fresh coriander
Preparation

Cut the mahi-mahi fillets into 6-inch strips.

Sauté the thinly sliced vegetables in olive oil and add a pinch of curry powder

Place the mahi-mahi strips on the wrappers, add the curried vegetables, roll tightly into a fat roll and keep regriferated
